Calling All Young Filmmakers – Directing Change, Program and Film Contest

Opportunity for high school students to serve and experience democracy first hand. 
The Fresno County Clerk provides a robust high school precinct officer program for 16-year-old junior or senior high school students who meet certain requirements to serve as precinct officers and earn $150 for doing so. More info
